    Refund requests submitted 30 (thirty) days after the purchase of a service will be deemed invalid. If you have been informed via email or any form of communication that the work has been completed, no refund will be considered.

In cases where a refund is not eligible due to work being shared or change of mind:

  • We offer customers the option to use the amount paid toward purchasing an alternative service of equivalent value on CA-Services.in.
  • The amount paid can be adjusted in full or in part for the new service requested.

4. REFUND PROCESS

  1. You will receive a confirmation via email regarding the refund approval.
  2. The refund will be processed within a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days.
  3. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account, as applicable.
